Does a company have to disclose its recipe (formulation) & IP to win?

Entrants must disclose ingredients, but not the recipe (formulation).  You generally need to disclose ingredients when selling animal feed in most countries. Regulations require all ingredients to be listed individually, typically in descending order of predominance by weight, to ensure safety and transparency for consumers. Ingredient lists must be included on the label, and in some cases, specific guarantees for nutrients may be required.
